Because not everyone seems to like 'whatever comes into Logan's head' for fumbles, here are some various types of fumbles I've thought up thus far. These will go on to their own card deck.
Fall down
Knock down other unless they make STR/DEX
Reduced damage output for the combat (1 shift)
stunned
Foes at bonus for combat
Next round you just do nothing
Opponent gets a free reroll against you
Shit/piss yourself
Stagger around bashing into things
Lose d6 HP or MP because you suck
WRONG TARGET
Hit yourself
Hit teammate
Hit innocent
GEAR PROBLEMS
Drop weapon or other things
Throw away weapon or other things
Your weapon breaks
Something useful you have breaks
Weapon at negative damage until fixed
Pants fall down

I'd looked in Jamas' thing and not seen the fumble deck.
However in Ark's thing - holy shit - what nostalgia! I see the fumble decks are mixed in there. I will begin getting them sorted. Thanks Pete!

They would be in the VASSAL module if nowhere else.

Is it weird to get nostalgia for something I made a decade ago?

Many pictures of old (and some still current) players in there. Super cool.

New fumble card ideas that will now get hammered in to the cards:
Draw 2 Draw 5 - fuck it you explode.
Fall down
Knock down other unless they make STR/DEX
Reduced damage output for the combat (1 shift)
d4 damage and may not run until that damage is healed.
stunned
Foes at bonus for combat
Next round you just do nothing
Shit/piss yourself
May only defend next action.
Lose additional d6 MP. Lose an additional d10 MP. Lose an additional d20 MP.
The amount of MP the spell needed becomes the amount of damage you take.
Damaging spell effects the caster, good spells effect enemy.
Foe gains advantage
Opponent gets a free reroll against you Opponent gets bonus to hit opponent gets bonus damage
WRONG TARGET
Hit yourself - full damage
Hit teammate - full damage
Hit innocent - full damage
If not attacking, you manage to do d4 damage somehow anyway.
As above but it is a critical (or d8 damage).
GEAR PROBLEMS
Drop weapon or other things
Throw away weapon or other things Throw weapon 10m away.
Your weapon breaks Your weapon explodes (if no weapon d6 and cannot use hand/foot)
Something useful you have breaks
Weapon at negative damage until fixed Actually due to rule 2, let's just have 'weapon cannot be used till fixed'. Gun smithing, sword smithing, etc.
All money you had on your person inexplicably goes away.

72 new fumble cards for the players to bitch about! There is one that is admittedly horrible and no hero points can be spent to avoid that one. Many of the fumbles are relatively minor and if someone doesn't like a fumble card they draw (with the exception of the horrible one) they can spend a hero point to draw a new card. The one 'nemesis' card (aka the no hero point card) in the deck is the 'draw 5'. That's the 'fuck you just die already' card. Though to be fair, the PC might just draw a bunch of minor shit. Or a fumbling NPC (they use the deck too) might draw it and explode for the PC's pleasure. But we all know Scott will be the first to draw this card. I have no idea why that is.

There you go Russ. About 70 cards and it took a mere 7.5 hours.

Did there used to be a fumble deck or am I misremembering? You don't remember it, because everyone would just reroll fumbles in combat rather than risk a draw, so it never came up unless there was a "no poz" round or a BBEG countered your reroll. ... More HERO tax doesn't seem like a good idea now that there's a cap in place.

Just a reminder Scott - YOU were the one who didn't like me just coming up with the fumbles off the top of my head so because of YOUR objections there is now a fumble deck.
I tried to put in a lot of stuff that was not a world ending fumble (again, you can go to roll20 and sort through the fumble deck to see what is in there if you are curious). Sure - there are some bad cards and one potentially horrible card but hey.
You didn't like me coming up with the fumbles out of my own brain so here you go.
