See me or Aeolous to do a Near Field transfer of encryption for the phones.

Nice work!
Does this encrypt the boards (this space) and other things such as a wiki?

It secures the ID phone system, which includes these boards. I didn't know we had a wiki.
I set up the new guy with a serious hacking rig, and he came through for us. Thank Aeolus.

Sure, yeah, uh… you're welcome. I'm Aeolous, by the way. Just as a side note – it's not a particularly "fancy" encryption, just enough that someone trying to listen in on anything would at least need to apply a bit of effort. Not knowing where this technology comes from (I'm going to assume "the future"), I kind of doubt they'd have too much of a hard time breaking the encryption with their technology. Or, who knows, maybe I did a better job than I think I did.
Still, if I can find and study more of this tech and figure out how it works, I may be able to improve the encryption in future. But for now this is all we got. If anyone finds more of this related tech, or tech from the same "time/era/whatever the bloody hell you call these places," I'd appreciate it if I could take a looksee.

Hot RealmsSo, do I need to figure out a way of masking the phones' location now? I encrypted the IBBS but I was unaware the phones had a "GPS" feature.

I was talking about the mundane phones issued by bobcat productions. As far as i’m Aware (and hope) Mossad have no ability and do not know about our inter dimensional phones.

Ah. My mistake then. I don't actually know where you found the "interdimensional" phones from and just assumed it was this Bobcat Productions company.

The… robot? You mean the one advertising all that stuff? Yeah I have no idea who that is. I figured it was one of you. Never met… it.

Right, so go to that spot in Night City. (It's a shitty apartment building at 555 Fake Ave.) Sneak past the perpetual gang war in the street to get there. Go to the basement. Find the Big Scary Door. Don't touch the door. There is a fingerprint scanner. You should be able to lift a print and use that to open it. Or maybe you can do crazy computer magic, whatever. That opens the panel for the door handle. The handle combination is pull, turn counterclockwise, pull again, turn clockwise. Mind the arm lopper. Switch off the next trap before you step on the stairs. There might be a crazy guy and weird robots down there. Just cross the room and go through the door. Now you're in a maze. Navigate the maze. You should come out in a cavern with the sad robot booth. This is the robot that apparently needs to be encrypted. Beyond that there is a dragon mouth that leads to Star Trek. Good luck, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Not entirely sure how I'm going to lift a who-knows-how-old print. Or how to lift a print at all. I'll just look it up. Guess I'll figure it out once I get there. Could always try and "computer" it like you mentioned. Don't suppose you have any advice on how to navigate the maze? Don't particularly like the idea of getting lost. Has anyone else been there besides you and Rock?

Not entirely sure how I'm going to lift a who-knows-how-old print. Or how to lift a print at all. It seemed like the crazy guy lived there. So there will probably be a fresh print. You can get all the supplies you need at the 7-11 on the way there. It's basic forensics. Don't suppose you have any advice on how to navigate the maze? Don't particularly like the idea of getting lost. Has anyone else been there besides you and Rock? No, I just followed Rock. He seems to have a good sense of direction. That part wasn't dangerous though. I'm sure you can "brute force" it of you bring something to mark where you've been. A piece of chalk, a spool of string, etc. There might be more than 1 exit though. I'd ask Joshua about it.

Good luck, and may God have mercy on your soul. Those directions don't quite sound right (unless things have changed since I'd last visited the Robot vendor). The maze & the cavern that had the dragon mouth off it was where Brown was. There was just a passage and stairs down to the cavern where the robot vendor was. In the basement in Red Carpet for example there are two doors. One leads to the maze and the cavern with the Dragon mouth (and was where Brown used to be), the other door to the cavern where the robot vendor is. I know the Rock amongst others was creating maps of the sewers, so he may be able to clarify. One thing to keep in mind is that the sewers are like their own realm*. So as mentioned above the building at the same geographical location in the two realms has the same entrances. If you can find the same geographical location in other Realms, the same entrance should be there. *the sewers can be slightly different between realms. For example the passage between the basement and the cavern with the robot vendor in it did not go through originally in Red Carpet. Some change happened (likely the staircase being put in, in Night City) caused it to change to there now also being a stair case in Red Carpet.
