Relaxing a bit tonight so I thought I'd add a few more cards to the deck. If you have any card ideas, drop them in this thread.
They will either get made into cards, added to the 'make in to cards later' list or put in the 'no' list.
But give a try to make some if you have some ideas.
Working on 23 or so new cards right now.

After an HOUR (yeah, seriously - making these cards is NOT fast; and I've still to add them to the deck) here are the new cards:
Another happy pie. (We all need happy pies).
Supporter hinder NPC (make them reroll a roll)
Maximum effort (talisman card, allows you to reroll any 1's you want)
Dice bump (bump up on damage track)
Reallocate target (tired of hitting your buddies? Play this to choose a different target)
Supporter reverse dice
Advanced training (any skill you have above learn)
Group training (player of card picks one skill everyone in the group has above learn, all get a check in that skill)
Str +20
Con/end +20
Dex/man/dod +20

"Poor Man's Life" – Play Immediately. If this is the only card in your hand when you draw this, gain 3 Hero Points. Otherwise, give all your cards to your fellow players and do not redraw. If playing solo and you have cards when this is drawn, be happy that you have no friends to give your cards to. If you didn't realise this was in your hand when you look and now have another card, discard the other card(s) and gain the 3 Hero Points (Play Immediatelys are played as usual).
"Free Cast" – Play this when you are casting a spell. The spell costs no mana this time.
"Beginner's Luck" – If you are attempting a skill at learn, double your learn value temporarily for this roll only. This does not mean you get the skill at your doubled learn value if you succeed.
"Crit-Proof" – Talisman. Any crit against you is instead a normal hit.
"Barbarian Frenzy" – For this combat only, all damage against you is halved (rounded up). At the end of combat, you immediately drop to 0 MP and pass out.
"Pristine Item" – Choose a piece of gear you own. This gear can never be affected by card play, including fumbles.
"Linguist" – Gain a check in any language.
"Virtuoso" – Permanent +10% in any Music-related skill. Maximum of 60%.

Here's the ones I liked, rewritten and added to my 'to do' list:

"Virtuoso" – Permanent +10% in any Music-related skill. Maximum of 60%. (I had this one already but liked your name for it better).

ANARCHY
Everyone (in cardplay) with zero cards draws one card.
ANCESTRAL RECALL
Draw three cards.
APPRENTICE PLAN
"Master Plan" card that can only be used to get a card with "Master Plan" in the title off the top of the discard pile. (Approved action = calling someone 'young padawan' :))
BEEN THERE, DONE THAT
Add one point towards maxing out the San category of your choice.
COMMUNISM
You discard all your cards, then everyone (in cardplay) draws one card.
DARK RITUAL
Take 1 real damage, ignore MP costs for one round.
DEMOCRACY
Everyone (in cardplay) with at least one card draws one card.
DESPOTISM
Everyone (in cardplay) discards one card, then you draw that many cards.
DIVERSIFICATION
Take 10 points out of one skill at least 10 above base, then add one point to 10 different skills. (MAX 90) Play at end of mission only.
[s]DRUNKEN MASTER PLAN
The GM pulls a random card from the discard pile (without changing the card order) and you put it in your hand[/s] (I don't think this one will work right in Roll20's card UI.)
EMPOWER SPELL
Add %50 to the effectiveness of your spell after rolling its effect. (E.g., your d4 damage spell deals 6 if you roll a 4)
FORK
Double the effect of the card you just played. (E.g., 2 HERO from a Victory, +30% from a skill +15%, etc.)
MEDIEVAL TIMES
Add 10 points (max 60) to any skill that existed Pre Renaissance era.
GIANT GROWTH
Double your Strength, [s]Size[/s], and Constitution for 1 round. (You do not appear visually bigger, you just "hulk")
HEALING SALVE
One NPC heals 3 damage
HOWLING MINE
Whenever you would draw a card, draw two instead. This card cannot be traded. (Does not help with refills, because you can still only "refill" up to your max hand size.)
INVERSE MASTER PLAN
You get the bottom card of the discard pile in your hand. (I don't know if this one is workable in Roll20.)
JACK OF SEVERAL TRADES
Add [s]Int x 1/2[/s] 5 points (max 60) to any skill that has a (_____) .
LIBRARY OF LENG
You have no max hand size. If you discard cards for any reason, you must discard this one first.
LIGHTNING BOLT
Deals 3 real damage to any NPC.
MANA FLARE
Double your current MP. Yes it can exceed your normal max, but not more than double. If you go to sleep with more than your max MP, the excess go away.
MAXIMIZE SPELL
Instead of rolling your spells effect, use the maximum possible result. E.g., your d6 damage spell deals 6.
MULLIGAN
Pay 1 HERO to undo the stupid thing you just did.
NECROPOTENCE
Take any number of real damage, draw that many cards.
QUICKEN SPELL
Cast a spell that can normally be cast in 1 action instantly.
SILENT SPELL
Cast a spell silently.
SKILL REARRANGE
Take 10 pts out of any skill at least 10 above base and put them into any skill currently at no more than 80.
SOFTWARE UPGRADES
Add [s]INT x 1[/s] 10 points; max 60, to any skill on the 'Futuristic Skills' page
STILL SPELL
Cast one spell without having to wave your arms around like an idiot
STORMTROOPER EFFECT
For one round, all enemies get a -% to all actions equal to the total number of enemies.
SUMMONING CHARM
The "I've got it here somewhere" that only works on items that you already own.
SWAP INITIATIVE
Discard one card, that card is used as the initiative card for this round. (This card was balanced by me designing my deck with good combat effect cards on good cards that the players don't want to discard. I don't know If Logan's deck is set up the same way.)
THE DWARF CARD
Add [s]Int x 1/2[/s] 5 points; Max 60 to one of the following skills Axe, axe parry, fast draw axe, mining, spelunking, metalworking, stonecraft, survival (subterranean), Dwarven (language) Instead add [s]INT x 1[/s] 10 points; max 90 if you are a Dwarf
THE ELF CARD
Add [s]INT x 1/2[/s] 5 points; Max 60 to one of the following Bow, fast draw arrow, carpentry, survival (forest), sword, fast draw sword, sword parry, tracking, Elven (language) Instead add [s]INT x 1[/s] 10 points; max 90 if you are an Elf
THE HUMAN CARD
Add [s]INT x 1/4[/s] 1 point to any skill; max 30 Instead add [s]INT x 1/2[/s] 5 points; max 60 if you are a Human
WHEEL OF FATE
Roll 1d10 1=nothing 2=+1d10 sanity 3=full heal + mp refill 4=+1d6 perm to any skill 5=+1 to any stat 6=-2 to any stat 7=-1d8 to any skill at least that much above base 8=-1/2 HP & MP 9=-1d12 sanity (goes toward category of choice) 10= roll twice more (no limit)
Each roll may be rerolled once AND ONLY ONCE via cards or HERO.

Correct this card: Wrong target team fumble card as the text is WTF confusing.
On the haste cards, be sure to note that people can go before the NPC’s if they play the haste card and then go again on their normal turn.
Redo multi tasking card - it is fucked up. It is the one where ‘wit’ is approved.

I would modify the Free Cast to say "Play this card when you successfully cast a spell. The spell costs no MP this time". That way you don't waste it on a failed cast.
More ideas…
"Truth Serum" – Ask an NPC who can understand you one question. The NPC answers truthfully with one word, such as "yes," "no," "maybe," "never," "irrelevant," or "unclear" (if the NPC doesn't know the answer to the question). If a one-word answer would be misleading, the GM might instead offer a short phrase as an answer.
"Rewrite Me" – Pay 1 Hero Point and switch any 2 regular skill scores with each other. They must both be above your Learn.
"Marked for Death" – The target takes an additional 1 point of damage whenever they take damage this combat.
"These Are Not the Droids You Are Looking for" – Wave your hand mysteriously at a group of NPCs who are looking for you and tell them you are not who they are looking for. They go about their business. They regain their senses after a few minutes.
"It's a Trap!" – Find out if anything in the immediate area is trapped or purposefully disguised/hidden in some way. You do not know what or where, only that it is or isn't.
"It's This Way" – Name a location you know of in the zone you are in. You immediately know what direction to travel in to get there in a straight line, but not how far it is.
"Gamer" – Permanent +10% to any non-athletic gaming skill (chess, poker, arcade games, fighting videogames, etc). Maximum of 60%.
"Sportsman" – Permanent +10% to any athletic sports skill (golf, football, tennis, kosho, etc). Maximum of 60%.
"I Make My Own Rules" – Ignore any restrictions on tech or magic in the zone for one scene (GM's discretion). Does not work in Amber-like zones.
"Travel Points" – Get a free ride to wherever you're going. Note: you still need to find someone/something able to take you there.
"Happy Accident" – When you fumble but before the fumble card is drawn, you may instead have an NPC involved in the action take the fumble card. You still fail to do whatever it was you were trying to do.

Artistic Expression - Gain 10% to an art, dance or music instrument skill (max 60%)
Caring for your mount - pick a creature that can be ridden, add 5% to Animal Handling & Training and 5% to Ride for that creature.

"Check This Off" – Play Immediately. Uncheck a skill in which you have a check in. If you have none, discard this card and draw a new one.
"Alex Kinley's Liver" – Gain a check in Alcohol/Drug tolerance.
"Main Tank" – All enemy NPCs involved in combat who can see you focus you this round.
"Unhindered" – If players are "hindered" from a card, play this immediately after to stop the hindrance from occurring.
"Terror" – All NPCs who are looking at you must make a 0/d3 Sanity roll as you appear distorted and grotesque for a moment. If they fail, they run away screaming in terror. PCs and Amberites are unaffected.
By the way, how about we get rid of all the Nada cards now that we're adding even more to the deck? They are kind of boring.
