A roster of NPC's complete with appearance and notes would be helpful for me.
Example - Max and Olly Baily - physical descriptions? I remember Olly had (as a 10 year old anyway) unfortunate greasy skin and I think black hair. And that's it.
I'm sure someone has some more detailed notes - probably Chris and Pete.

Easiest way to get detailed notes on some things if listen/watch the pod casts

Easiest way to get detailed notes on some things if listen/watch the pod casts Could do that - or prep for next season, work on spells, etc, etc. If you could hurry up with your Logan cloning machine (hopefully in better health this time) that would be great.

I was talking about those updating the wiki

That would require a ridiculous amount of time. I'll just go off what I have

So you mean six months from now? For you yes. Or you could listen to season 1 & 2 eps to see what people got up to and how it all began. For others that have been in the game longer that also updating the wiki, at time of writing we are up to season 3 ep21 published, so plenty of stuff they may have been in to refer back to.

Part of me kind of likes not having listened to the previous episodes. Makes discovering things more fun. Though I agree – it would make information-gathering a lot easier.

And it's easy to justify it in game about your PC knowing about it - Hey x tell me about some of the early stuff that happened in Burlington. You can blah me about it as I've listened to the podcast. Was there anything that occurred you would not tell me?

I had also thought listening to the podcasts as I wiki-work being a good idea. If there are any spoilers within what is already published, I guess it would already be fair game? It would be sloggingly slow, but thorough. I enjoy the wiki-work, huge fan of cross-referencing in general and especially for a project like this that deliciously sprawls all over the multiverse. I'm super newb to it though, so please let me know if there is a better way that you are envisioning, and please excuse any mishaps as ignorance. Enthusiasm > skill

If you ever want to know something IG, just say "Can you tell me about X?" and they will (unless they are being weird or dicks) say "Blah". I think Pete did something like that so nobody has said "Hey - you know information from a year ago!" I think anything that has (finally) become podcast is now 'common knowledge within the PC DORA group'.
Even the horrible things the Rock did in Smurfland.

Sheila – don't worry about making the Wiki "look pretty" or whatever. I can take care of that. Just jot the information down so that it's there and then if it needs to be moved around a bit, I can do it.
When I get around to editing it next week, I'll probably start by going through all the zones and jotting down some information on all of them (information I feel confident/comfortable in sharing, otherwise if I'm unsure about something I just leave it out). After that, probably interesting locations in the zone and then I'll probably focus on NPCs/creatures of the zones.
Just to give you an idea of how I would tackle this. Might help you with what you're doing if you're struggling at any point. I prefer to focus on one thing and get it done before moving on to something else, but that's just me.

"otherwise if I'm unsure about something I just leave it out)"
Might I suggest instead having a 'possibly true, possibly not' (or some other clever name) section?
That would be more useful to me and others.

I've started to just pull things straight from the Interrealm board with date and poster(so we can find it) , sometimes with thread name and put it in appropriate pages under "Notes". This is not confirmed info, just what characters thought at that date (makes for great quotes since it's in character). Sort of time line conjecture. We can paraphrase and weed out or not later, but I'm working on info dump from there into a basic framework that will gladly accept a make over later. Working from the back pages forward. Just finished pg 6. Anything confirmed I thought could be brought into the the top part of that page as more factual/reliable.
