I've attached some floor plans. Let me know what ideas you have. Thanks to Mildred, Freddy, Joshua, and Glen for suggestions of what they'd like to see. Since the White Dove was basically destroyed and had negative associations for much of the public, tied with prior tyrannical administrations, it needs to be rebuilt and re-branded. The plan: Turn it into a high-end private club that appeals to the tall poppies of Gothic as a place to unwind with a drink and network with their peers. It'll be a money-maker (at least to the point that it can sustain itself and a highly competent staff and security team) and a way to rub shoulders and keep tabs on the decision makers of Gothic. There will be a fortified and locked basement level for the DORA's to store important items and use as a magic-friendly base of operations. The name: The Golden Wattle is the national flower of the greatest nation in the multiverse: Australia. (And since it has Gold in the name, she'll be apples.)

Did we still want an area with high end workbenches for crafting?
If we are going to share bedrooms, then perhaps individual storage areas for peoples personal effects.
Stables?
Some private clubs had guest rooms. Did we want to have some?
Edit: Is the 3rd floor layout at 90 degrees to what it should be? Trying to match up the stairs/elevator.
Is there are way for someone trumping in to get from the 3rd floor to our private area without being seen by members/guests? There will be times when we would not appropriately dressed and possibly carrying something/someone that we don't want seen.

All good ideas.
The 2nd floor has a some 'Private rooms', I was thinking those could function as guest rooms.
3rd floor is rotated 90 degrees, match the elevator and stair case with 2nd floor, and it'll make more sense.
I was thinking we'll mostly be trumping directly to the basement, but I was also thinking of having an extra hidden room on the third floor for that purpose too.

My idea for the basement: section off a small room, doesn't need to be very big. Leave it bareboned as possible, save for one sign which says "Do not change anything in this room". This would be the Trump room where you can trump to safely.
I was also thinking of having the basement door be lockable from both the inside and outside, however the inside lock acts as a "master lock" and overrides the outside lock, if that makes sense. Basically, if it's locked from the inside, unlocking it from the outside will not open the door. If it's locked from the outside, you can unlock it from the inside. If it's locked from the outside but unlocked from the inside, you can unlock the door from the outside. Make sense? Basically it will help deter any "guests" from wandering in too easily, provided we remember to keep the basement locked from the inside. Of course, when you leave the basement you're not going to be able to lock it from the inside. Perhaps we could install an automatic, mechanical locking system that locks the door from the inside after an hour or something like that.
I'll take care of churning out enough trumps for everyone.
Just my ideas.
Crafting stations etc in the basement sounds like a good idea. I also think storage lockers/chests for individuals as well as "general" storing would be good. I also think maybe designating one of the "master rooms" upstairs as being only for us, so we may rest there when needed.

PI office? Could be attached but function as a separate building/business.

We could have a separate building for a PI office, that faces the opposite direction from the entrance. (Built in the garden, next to the garage, facing north)
Since all sides are facing a street, (imagine the lot as an island surrounded by streets) it would look as though it's on the block behind the Club...
Plus it'll be easy to refer all the discreet matters to you.

Got it, Freddy, I'll have a trump room and a backup trump room, just in case.
Perhaps magic locks is a good way to keep non-Doras out... that recognizes people added to a list, that way we dont have to fumble with keys or magictek.

Updated Plans. I've incorporated suggestions from Freddy, Mildred, Mackay, Swade, and Glenn James so far.
Have a captain cook and let me know if you would like to add your personal touch to the plans. Let me know by Friday, the 16th.
I've also modified the floor plans so that the the DORA sleeping quarters and living areas are accessible by the Staff, but the "Storage, Library, and various specialty rooms" will be hidden to minimize the chance of wandering...
Let me know what clever ideas for security you have.

Am I reading it correctly that the "trump room" is in the attic? Would like to have it in the basement instead. 2 rooms – one for exiting from and one for arriving in. This way we don't have any awkward moments trumping in carrying who knows what from the attic down to the basement. Or is that what "Freddy's Lab" is?
The layout looks really good!

Its just an extra hidden location
Freddy's Lab A and Freddy's Lab B are the two rooms you're describing.

The "Front of the house" is about complete - the Bar and Kitchen, which will allow me to start getting staff in place and generating some income to fund operations while the rest of the club is built out.
I was summoned by Colonel Dos Equis, the most interesting colonel in the world, to explain the purpose of the Golden Wattle, etc. I seem to have ingratiated myself to him with promises of good booze and private rooms for discreet dalliances, but he was insistent that the construction site be guarded by the military. Either out of a healthy suspicion that all good fascist bureaucrats or because he realizes good times await and doesn't want it jeopardized. Probably a bit of both.
Either way - I'd advise staying away from the construction site in the meantime to avoid unnecessary questions or delays.

If the military decide top permanently guard the place, it will make our comings and goings very hard.

Took a couple of dozen good spirits/liquors to the Goldern Wattle (purchased in Shermer, decanted into different bottles at the embassy with new labels painted - the refugee doras at the embassy would be happy to assist in moving, re-bottling etc alcohol and other supplies for us if we establish a method for them eg getting a Clems built in a secure location in Shermer zone)
- Trumped into the Smoking Room at the Helton. The staff there were suspicious. Took the General Manager of the Helton to the Golden Wattle. They look to be concerned about the Golden Wattle taking business away from them. Sooner we can get trumps for other locations such as our areas of the GOlden Wattle to bring stuff in the better.
- Chatted with a Colonel who appears to have sway with the ruling council. He was supplied with free drinks and some bottles (most?) of the good stuff by the staff who seemed to know who he was (I did not get the colonel's name) he talked about getting the first year's taxes waived for us as 'believed in encouraging new business"
