There was a piece of half orange/half red silk wedged into the edge of the building. Someone tried to make it look like an article of clothing such as a cape got caught and ripped. However we believe it was purposely placed there. from the marks on the roof, the shooter did not climb down again. They trumped/gated/levitated etc. A Harlequin was tailing us through Beastkin AND Gothic. He appeared to be dressed primarily in red and orange colors. (Curious if this is the same clown in Voras.) He also threw a rock through the window of the Embassy with the same note about returning the Overthruster. Wondering if this was the Shooter at the Heekah munitions plant, and him leaving the fabric was a calling card, or maybe someone else is leading us to think the harlequin is the killer... just a thought. I'll leave that to the uber-sleuths to determine.

A high-pitched male voice comes over your speaker.
“Freddy, Bobby Jo and myself also came across the same harlequin in Vorus lately with the same message, he moved behind a tree in the forest and vanished”

The plastic ring is an debit/credit card. For which zone is unknown.

If the archer wanted something off the corpse of the guy that was sniped so badly, then they could have simply walked over there and taken it before trumping out.
If we are right in assuming that the "overthruster" is something that the dead guy had on him, then it would make more sense if it was the entity that he was acting on behalf of (Chaos?) trying to recover it rather than the person that could have picked it up hours before we got there.

No idea if this is related to our spy or not, but considering the spy was also in Heekah I figured it might be. I don't necessarily think the spy had the overthruster because he was in the same country as Bartertown. Heekah is several hours away from Bartertown by train. And Bartertown is an inter-dimensional trading hub of sorts, there are creatures/aliens from all sorts of places, selling all sorts of technology there. Our observers also know we've been there and how to return, so it's a good drop location. If so, it would make sense that the employer of the spy would want to retrieve his property. But based on the spy's belongings, I'd think he'd be thoughtful or well-trained enough to not be carrying around technology as valuable as that on him while breaking and entering into an unknown environment operated by people he's spying on... I also think if the shooter took the time to come down and search the pile for the overthruster, he would have retrieved his pattern-infused uber-arrow too, because why leave evidence like that? And why leave such a powerful item that's part of a matched set behind? Or why not just save time and minimize chances of witnesses and throw the whole pile in a bag and search through it somewhere else...
