Shape shift into one specific other human; note that you cannot mimic other people who are currently existing or have existed before.
Each time you get this power, you can pick one specific human to look like.
Note that to pull off the voice you still need mimicry. To pull off the mannerisms you still need acting. Essentially, this skill is ‘disguise’ that can do a lot more than a nice disguise kit. Note that you can only shift mass by about 20% up or down. Hence, a large man cannot become a child, etc.
‘Residual self image’ does not take away this new shape as shape shifting is part of the higher power magics.
Takes two minutes to change into this other human or to use this skill to change back.
