Shape shift - mimic ONE specific (currently exists or existed before) other human
Note that this is ONLY for outward appearance. If you want to mimic their voice it is still mimicry, their mannerisms are still acting. This essentially gives you an amazing ‘disguise’. Clothing and such you have to get on your own.
It takes days of observing your target to get down their voice and mannerisms.
Note that you can only shift mass by about 20% up or down. Hence, a large man cannot become a child, etc.
