A spell that I would expect to see in this tree (and it might be in another) that was in the old system
Cats Eyes Range: Self (then a touch version) Duration: sunrise/sunset MP cost: 3? Remove negative modifier for darkness/can see in the dark.

Jamas - next time I get enough submitted spell ideas to allocate some time to go through a bunch at once this will be in the mix!

I believe there's one already called Blind Fighting which does something similar.

This is similar, but far more powerful. (that just negates 10% for a combat)

This can be the next spell up from Blind Fighting. I'll write it up later.

Name: Cat's Eyes [Credit: Freddy, Thad]
Casting Time: 1 Round Range: Self Duration: Sunrise/sunset MP Cost: 6
Description: When you are in darkness, you can see clearly in shades of grey up to 10m away. Anything beyond that is blurry and out of focus. You cannot see past 30m at all. This spell does nothing for you in lit areas nor does it help you use Trumps in the dark.
