How do you get the elevators to go? There are ways but I don't see any big assed wheels, stables and grain storage to do it the way I'm thinking of.
What is the scale of this place? In particular, how big is the bar? There are a lot of notes saying 10' high ceilings so I'm guessing the place if three stories tall is 30' hence 10m (pretty fucking tall) tall but no notes on that.
Just to eliminate confusion (mine, usually) having a 'first floor, second floor, third floor' added to the maps would help.
Also, some sort of line showing what areas are public and which the PC's want to (try to) keep private.
Which ones are the guest bedrooms?

Can you get to the gardens via the street or do you have to go through the building? (If you're thinking 'gosh Logan is plotting something' - you are right. I figure I'll try to get Jay's answers since he built it rather than just making up my own stuff and having various holes punched in the building.) No en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minstrels%27_gallery ? Might be a good idea to have one. Also, does the staff entrance from the street go right into the dining room? That's a bit awkward if you're needing to get deliveries (or smuggle in people) while diners are eating.

Would you like to replace the TV in the library with a puppet show? Who the fuck actually puts a TV in a library? A philistine. That's who. Puppet show is just as bad.
But, Ralph does enjoy a good Punch and Judy show.

What does the back wall of the vault stick out on to? Is it an exterior wall?

The "elevator" could just be a large dumbwaiter. It's pulleys, counterweights, and brakes.

And the thing that makes it go up is - what - some guy pulling on a rope? So small stuff only?

Short answer: there is basically no power.

Invent steam power, if physics allows it. What physics works in that zone is just weird.

Also, some sort of line showing what areas are public and which the PC's want to (try to) keep private. Which ones are the guest bedrooms? Can I just scrap the drawings and give you a vague description of what the place is? OK, here you go: 1. I assumed that there may be crys-powered elevators, on account of their being tech like crys-powered flying cars and big rigs. This was also designed before crys lost their power, so I'm picturing an elevator that has no power currently. I got a place for your big assed wheels, i'll just take some of the garden or store some stuff above. 2. Appoximately 100m x 100m including sidewalks on each side. The bar would be approx. 30m x 20m, same as the sitting room across the way. Word. 3. I'll make it more obvious. 4. Yes, good idea, its probably hard to tell where that line is. Plus, there's a couple things that will take place in phases, we had discussed briefly, months ago, some things that aren't obvious looking at the floorplans. For ex, part of the basement is connected to the GW ground floor, the public part. The "base" area is currently only accessible from the garage. After this contractor is done with his job, I'll have DORA workers put in a hidden door connecting the dora sleeping area with rest of the base, that way the main contractor and his workers don't spread rumors about hidden doors they built. 5. The third floor is basically the guest or client private rooms and bedrooms. This floor could be modified more hotel-like, to maximize for just smaller sleeping/private rooms. Or have them bigger, more exclusive rooms, like it is now.

Yes, it would make sense to have a wall over there to keep it out of view of the dining room. All good ideas, I'd like to outsource all these ideas to my architect and contractors and have you, I mean - them, implement these immediately.

Can we get updated blueprints when all of this is done? Right now we are just going off the current ones and assuming "it mostly looks like this".
