(let me know if this needs more clarification)
TEACHING
A PC may attempt to teach two people per day a spell. Normally it would be one person per day per spell but since there is a max of three players per session, I upped it to two people per day for the spell. In that way, the PC could share the spell with both of his teammates if they so wished.
When you teach a spell, the only spell you can teach someone is the start of the tree - the lowest spell in that selection. That’s it. They then need to work their way up the tree themselves.

Does this involve a teaching roll?

Yes - you roll the skill you are wanting to teach (called the 'do I know what I am talking about' roll - a good way to get a check in a spell without doing any magic) then you make the teaching roll.
Fumble on either roll: You can't teach that person that skill - ever. Try teaching it to someone else and hope they can pass it on. Critical: You feel good about yourself.
Note that right now the only thing in the game that can be taught is the lowest tier of spells. Period. Honestly, getting skills at the rate PC's can get them is fast enough - there is no need for any additional stuff. Just be sure to find a way to keep trying during the session till you eventually get a check.
