Description: Cause the target to become slowed and miss their next action. Target gets a willx3 to resist. A haste played by/for the Target for that round will allow them to act as normal (not hasted).

- occurred to me after the fact. Can the target still parry in the round they are slowed, or perhaps parry at a negative?

For this though - we've got a lot of spells like this and once it is resisted once, the spell is broken.

Or, we could make it easier:
Freeze target for one round. No parry, no worrying about 'what if I get a haste' - you just freeze the target for one round unless they make a willpower roll.
The next higher step up could be 'freeze target for up to 3 rounds' unless they make a willpower x3 roll (they get one try each round) to break the spell. After three rounds it is automatically broken.

Description: For the next three rounds, the target must roll a Willpower x3 roll or lose a full action. If they succeed in one of the Willpower rolls, the spell is broken and ceases to function.

Should it be an opposed roll to resist? It could be either. I just went with this as it gives a slightly better chance for the PC's to resist. Especially if they run into something with a 30 or better willpower.

I'm thinking it might be Concentration as well. It's kind of similar to the Stinking Cloud except that one's a Constitution roll.
