Quantity encountered? Is Travel Rate the same thing as movement in combat? Good calls. Quantity encountered I usually deal with as it would vary widely depending on where the PC's were in relation to them. Combat movement rate is under Maneuver%; Combat move: As an example, a human might be 30%; 3/10m.
