SEASON 7 SIGN UP SHEET
Note that like everyone else I am trapped somewhere. Right now, it is in a foreign country. So when the CV wall comes down I will be immediately relocating to either Poland or the UK - it may knock a day off of gaming - I'll let you know when I do.
All games start 2PM 'London time'. (NOT 2PM in whatever time zone you are in - here is an easy converter to use: www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converted.html ). Note that if you are in the USA this means it will be sometime in the morning for a start time. Or, just google 'what time is it in London right now' and figure it out from there.
Want more gaming? Sign up to GM during the off season!
11 AUG Freddy (GM), Matt, Logan, Jeff.
(Official end to Season 7 though that might change depending on switching countries, need to prep, etc.)
Priority sign up for season 8! The following people have priority sign up for season 8 meaning they get told about the new schedule before others by a couple days so that (if they wish) they can sign up then. Of course they can also sign up later if they don't know the dates they can play, etc. Priority just gives a slight jump for them. [If this upsets you, I'd suggest running just one session to get on the priority list.]
NOTE: If you would like to change a date you are playing to a date you are GM'ing, let Logan know and it will be updated in the schedule.
(names will go here after the person has GM'ed)
[LOCKED till during season 8 - anyone GM'ing prior to season 8 will be on the priority for season 9]
Russ - working with the newbie sheets & updating the one chart in the game
Freddy - tech support & ran game; worked with new players.
Scott - ran game
Jason - ran game
Matt - ran game x2
Ralph - ran game.
Vince - ran game.
Season 9 priority list:
Scott - ran game.
Matt - ran game.

New people: Find a slot that isn't marked 'full' and just sign up for that. You might not play with the same people every time, you might end up finding a group of people that everyone enjoys hanging out with. Not important right now - just find an empty slot and ask to have your name stuck in there! For your first time, try signing up for just one game. If it works out well - for everyone - sign up for more. I advise signing up as soon as possible. As you can see from the schedule, dates go fast.
Do the sessions ever start early? Sometimes the players (and GM) are super excited to game so people end up logging on early. If everyone is on and ready early, sometimes we do get an early start. As in all things in life, 'if you're not early, you're late'.
How long are the sessions? I'd plan for 5 hours. The players may choose to have it go longer.
Note - we do not sign people up for 'part of the session'. If you cannot be there for all of it, we hope that you can join us for a session in which you can.
Check back to the schedule often for changes. Sometimes people have to drop (family, work, etc) and slots open up.
If you want to sign up for one of the slots, please be specific as to which; post on this thread. After I add the name to the schedule, I will delete the post. Note you will need a webcam (required), a mic, headphones (don't use your speakers as it can give feedback) and an account on roll20. The account is free. Test your equipment and google hangouts before game time so we don't have to waste game time sorting your computer. People who don't use Chrome have reported problems. Have Chrome handy just in case.
Note - this is not the place for 'tentative' plans. Only sign up here when you can commit to the slot for sure. If things come up, let me know as far ahead as you can. If someone drops too often, they may have future bookings removed as they have become 'unreliable'. After you sort out whatever is keeping you from gaming, sign up for a new slot.
Also, by being in the campaign, you consent to us being able to put you on YouTube, Twitch, podcast and any other platforms I get hold of forever and ever. If you play, you get recorded and broadcast.
Note for experienced players: Be generous to other players when signing up for the slots.
Current sign up sheet. If there aren't two or more players on a day, that day may be cancelled or you may get run solo at Logan's whim. If you don't have a group (until we start getting a new audience etc) then try to recruit more people. Note you may not infer or request dates that have already been reserved by someone else. People sign up months in advance for slots. If you want slots, keep an eye on the boards for when the new sign up sheet becomes available and get signed up promptly.
If someone is late, they may be replaced. There are people who will message me (Facebook is a good way to get hold of me) looking to see if someone has dropped and they can get in on a game. We call this 'sharking'. Be on time. If you are late repeatedly, you may be dropped from the schedule entirely. If there is someone sharking and someone who was signed up is not there by fifteen minutes after the hour, the shark gets the spot.
If you are a no-show, no-call: The first time I will start finding alternates for your next couple dates. If you don't show up for them, you will be removed from the schedule and will need to reschedule. I understand that things come up but if you can't be bothered to let us know ahead of time we will replace you.
Note - when it approaches game time, I will be contacting people over FB messenger for their e-mail so that I can put it into Google Hangouts to get you an invite for the 'call'. Be sure to friend me on Facebook if you get into this: Logan Horsford. I'm the old one, not the young guy.
Special note: When not playing, please do not leave yourself logged in on the roll20 account as it is distracting for other groups of players.
Three players per day*. If there aren't three players on a date you'd like to play, you should request a spot for that game. Do so by responding to this thread. Note that from time to time, completed requests are deleted to keep this thread tidy and short. Be sure to book well in advance as there are only a limited number of spots. <The reason for this is that I've found if you have four people, you essentially have three and a half people. Someone is quiet most of the time. I'd rather have a full three players.>
*If the host requests to play on a full day, then this may vary but not for any other reason.
