That way the players will have reason to try to work in their actions logically.

Your/World logic is not always "real" logic, and if you think it's cool then you largely ignore logic. So this rule becomes "Who can read Logan the best?", which is fine so long as you know it's there.

I'm oddly comfortable with that. A lot of good playing is being able to read the GM, other players, story, etc.
