I feel this isn't phrased well and that as it is it might be subject to unexpected abuse. It is one of the 'special powers' someone could get.
Suggestions?
Ever Full Gun \\10\\
Casting time: Instant Range: Touch (must be held, handing off weapon ends effect) Duration: Combat or till lull MP cost: 2 MP
This makes ammo something that the character no longer needs to worry about. This works only on the ‘casters’ gun. It only works for things that have more than one shot loaded at the same time and that come out in individual projectiles. In other words, a cannon would not work (only one shot loaded at a time) where as an MRL would work. A slug or laser pistol would work, a flame thrower would not. If the weapon is handed off, dropped, switched, etc it is empty of ammo and the spell must be recast for a new weapon. If attempting to create ammo that is of a tech the zone the person is in would not support they are at the usual negatives to cast this - unless those negatives negated by ‘circumventer’ see below.

There are oddities in the wording. It seems if you have a full clip when you cast it, it is empty if you set it down, even if you don't fire any shots.
"It only works for things that have more than one shot loaded at the same time and that come out in individual projectiles." allows shotgun with slugs but not shotguns with shot shells, but at the same times doesn't prohibit a MIRV-like effect.
I suppose you could get someone with an automatic arguing that combat isn't over if they never stop firing...but what are they gonna do? Fire 16 tons of bullets into a confined space and then try to sell them as scrap metal?

Combat is over when the GM stops flipping combat cards. But I agree - it feels like odd wording to me. Still.

Shot is a whole lot of individual pellets. I'd allow that. Okay. "come out in individual projectiles." sounds like you are restricting it to one projectile at a time. But you're actually trying to rule out a "stream" like a flamethrower or a squirt gun? Or is there something else as well? Something else to consider: tasers. It seems like tasers shouldn't work with this power, since they remain connected to the weapon, but nothing in the wording rules them out. (Yes, there are multi-shot tasers now.)

Ruling out stream like 'flamethrower', squirt gun and other stuff I can't think of yet.
I'd rule with the taser that you should have more shots but I'm not sure how long the battery actually lasts. For the multi-shot taser. I could find a video where they talked about it (2012 show) but not actually show them using it.
