This was made with a future player named Jay. This is our first meeting. For experienced players who have made a couple characters, the creation time for a new character is about ten minutes - assuming they've figured out their character concept. Maybe a bit less. No books needed. For the new player, an hour is reasonable time. I edited out as much of my rambling as possible and got the video down to about an hour. For new players, this is the next step if either you want additional information or didn't understand everything in the written section above. The third step would be to post any other specific questions you have on this board - someone will get back to you. (You can post in this section or on the general boards, whichever. Make a new thread and feel free to ask away.) I wanted to thank Jay for helping me to make this training video for new players. I hope it helps them out. The link! youtu.be/dH9RU4BIpgY

Is there a tutorial somewhere explaining how to load your saved character sheet into roll20 once you finish making it?

Launch the game in roll20. On the top righthand side there is a bar with 4 icons, click on Journal Then click on Character if it needs to expand. Note that if Character is not appearing or if when you click on it there is nothing under it then Logan needs to assign you a char sheet. Click on the character sheet (which will likely be named differently to the screenshot below) Select the Character Sheet tab and populate away

This thread is quite useful. Tell me where you move it to, pls. Probably "general."
