Something Jay brought up yesterday while making his character (see new video on character making) I found interesting is in this game, there aren't really any 'passive' skills.
Nearly everything is active.
Or, requires preparation time in order to do.
Example - if you don't have a disguise kit, your disguises will be ridiculous - the Bugs Bunny mop on your head. If you can find a mop.
I do like this as it causes players (to need) to think ahead a bit.
Upon reflection, there are some skills which are passive.
Conceal/holdout as an example. Though you'd still need to (kind of) activate it. If you had a pistol (for example) hidden away, other people would be attempting to use their (active) spot hidden to find it, you'd be hiding it with your conceal.

Listen and the various spot hidden skills are both passive and active. More often passive than active, in that the gm would call for a roll to see if the PCs notice something,
