Awesome. Aside from the various notes I had:
a) don't worry about the starting percentage of write in skills as your LEARN stat will be higher than the write in skill, hence you will end up having the skill at that.
b) art (20th century divas) - does that mean dressing up as one from that time period or knowing who they were? The second would be 'lore' rather than art. Also, what is 'perform drag'? If you are talking about dressing in drag, I'd use 'disguise' as it is a much more useful skill that can accomplish the same thing (yes, I have been to a South African drag party and there are pics on my FB). If you are talking about the singing and dancing, I'd recommend those skills as again, more useful. Pilot space fighter - yes good.
OK - futuristic background - cool.
I will let the other PC's suggest things as they are better at PC'ing than I am.

a) I knew that the base was higher due to my higher LEARN stat, but I was copying and pasting cells (to maintain the formulas) and didn't want to muck with it in case it broke something.
b) The art thing was meant to be about knowing (so as to account for any references I might make). I put those points into Art Lore. Wasn't sure if it needed to be a separate category (Like "Pop Culture Lore" or something.) As for the Perform Drag: Yeah, I put all those points in as well, but figured it requires some extra skill to be able to meld Mimicry and Dance and such. Sort of like Parkour. But I'm not gonna argue too hard against getting skill points freed up.

Unfortunately, with all skills, if it comes up against the GM's competency in a skill, you are pretty much into the 'hand waving' stage. While I might have a decent 'spy lore', I have no 'diva lore' to speak of. Liza etc. "but figured it requires some extra skill to be able to meld Mimicry and Dance and such" Not really. If you have mimicry, dance, sing, etc - you'd make a hell of a chick, so to speak. (It's a movie quote but I don't remember which movie.) also, with all of the skills, how useful they are depends on how often they come up. I can see all of that stuff potentially coming up aside from Diva lore.

Taking your advice into consideration, I think I'll go ahead and keep it as Art Lore, then. It would make pop culture references reasonable, and still allow for "dilettante" levels of art knowledge. Which feels in line with the character I've got in mind.

Something that might not be obvious at first glance: "Pistol" and "Fast Draw Pistol" are not two different types of pistols. Rather, the former is your skill at attacking and the latter is your skill at pulling one out as a free action. Same thing for Knife, Sword, Etc.
