I noticed that we no longer heal every six seconds or so, and all weapons now do normal damage.
Is this because of the decline of White? Does anyone know what happened?

White was relocated to another Realm to keep her safe from Zog. The realm she was relocated to has some unique things about it. One of the effects of he being in this new place is her influence/connection is fading. For example those aligned with white are loosing/have lost their abilities and their eyes are returniung to normal if not already normal.
