[Was originally planning to call this Haunt but I'm not sure if that will cause confusion as I read in the tree there was something about "haunts" which I'm not too sure about.]

I'd also say 'must be in the same room as you' and 'only makes a mess and maybe scares some people - doesn't do damage to them'.
