Casting time: 12 rounds (one minute) Range: 3m Duration: MP cost: 4MP
Restores mundane (non-magical) items to a non damaged/non spoiled state. This works on a pile of stuff up to 10kg in worth. This does not work on something that is too far damaged/decayed, eg it would not work on a shattered window nor on food that has decayed to goo. Check with GM if something is too damaged or too decayed.
Thoughts - have a spell branched from this that can do something like shattered glass. And/or have a spell branched from this that can do larger things. Have one that works on magic stuff?

Pretty cool. I like it. Also duration would be Instantaneous. We might even be able to make an even higher level version than the one you suggested that is able to restore things like paper burnt to ash (obviously you would still need the ash). Or is that too strong?
Also technically speaking, with the way this is worded, you could use it to restore someone's eyesight assuming they aren't completely blind. "Restore their eyes to a non-damaged state". The Jesus power. Kind of.

I'd be excessively worried about this one. I'd rather have players with various 'repair shit' skills.

What if it only worked on food?

I don't see it honestly being useful - get a plant mage or stop by a grocery store. In over 1000 hours of play time I can't recall even one incident of the players being seriously handicapped because 'All of their food had rotted'.
