I had followed Logan's suggestion and jotted down some ideas or takeaways after i ran my first game - for others who haven't GM'd much, like me.
These could all easily be 10 minute topics you can make some Gamer Talk videos around...
Things learned:
1. Expect the PC'S to think of and do things you're not anticipating, and expect to adapt on the fly.
2. Delegate some combat duties to PC'S, like tracking enemy hit points, and rolling for friendly npcs.
3. Combat is brutal in this game, be careful not to make npc's 'too tough'. I gave my npcs a 30 for their combat stuff, and they still managed to be a challenge. Especially when you factor in things like Cover and greater numbers.
4. Test out roll20 with another human, to see if they can see pictures you're posting. Test drawing combat round cards and reading them... it's a little awkward at first.
5. Have a handkerchief ready in case you really start cracking up and your eyes get all watery. You might not be able to make out what to click on, on the screen.
