Keep your answers fairly short and concise. 9 min (inc intro, out tro) goes by super quick. If the answers are fairly quick, we can say "what did you think about what this person said". If they aren't we can't - though we can make a new gamer talk about that in the future.

It would probably be best to figure out which topics we will record ahead of time and send out a list to everyone so they can have their answers prepped.

It is from a marketing stand point. I would say "It's not the end of the world if we end up making a short video on something then everyone says "Hey - we'd like to have a good long chat about X topic" and we make an hour (or whatever) video. But for the regular ones - 9 minutes is king.
