A demonic, impish voice sounds out.
“Mr. Kinley would like to know if you have a guard set aside to distract Mr. Kinley while the transportation of alcohol takes place? He stresses that this would be advisable as he does not hold himself accountable for anything that transpires while he is in proximity to large amounts of alcohol. This is an official DISCLAIMER! You have been WARNED!”
“Yours sincerely, Twigglet, Mr. Kinley’s hellish minion.”

There is no alcohol at The Golden Wattle, Kinley.

- Trumped into the Smoking Room at the Helton. The staff there were suspicious. Took the General Manager of the Helton to the Golden Wattle. They look to be concerned about the Golden Wattle taking business away from them. Sooner we can get trumps for other locations such as our areas of the GOlden Wattle to bring stuff in the better. The door to the smoking room in the Helton is now sealed from the outside. I thought it was a bad idea to try "Hey, Kool-Aid" on it. Any idea what that's about? Can someone go to the Helton and investigate? Also, give my regards to the maitre d' at the Golden Wattle, and thanks for the excellent hospitality, Raslen. Have we figured out a way to bring in premium supplies in bulk yet, or are we still using "sneakernet?"

Took a couple of dozen good spirits/liquors to the Goldern Wattle (purchased in Shermer, decanted into different bottles at the embassy with new labels painted - the refugee doras at the embassy would be happy to assist in moving, re-bottling etc alcohol and other supplies for us if we establish a method for them eg getting a Clems built in a secure location in Shermer zone) Since a Clems has been located in St. Louis, I'll see about setting up a space for refugees to work there so they can be our supply line for the GW. Has there been any success at rebuilding a Clems in Beastkin? Or what would be the best way to get refugee Dora's to St. Louis?

Chatted with a Colonel who appears to have sway with the ruling council. He was supplied with free drinks and some bottles (most?) of the good stuff by the staff who seemed to know who he was (I did not get the colonel's name) he talked about getting the first year's taxes waived for us as 'believed in encouraging new business" Colonel Dos Equis (the most interesting Colonel in the world). He is a strong ally to us so far so we should continue to build on that relationship. Once the entire club opens up, I plan on giving him an honorary membership so he'll continue to advocate for us and spread the word to other tall poppies how great the GW is.

Is the construction done? Is it too late to add a room or two? I was thinking of an armory full of gear for every occasion adjacent to a trump "clean room". (See this thread)Though if the design as presented is already finished, it looks like the big "Storage" room across the hall from "Freddy's Lab A/B" would do nicely.

The basement was just finished when we last checked on it. I'm in the process of making trumps for the "arrival" room. The departure room, which I'm planning to paint trumps to different locations on the walls so you can just use them without needing cards, will take a while longer for me to make (these are the rooms labelled Freddy's Lab A & B).
The DORA Storage/Vault should suffice nicely for what you are asking, or you can use the other storage room across the hall if you prefer (though I imagine this one is less secure), as that was the whole purpose of it. You should be able to go there now and drop whatever you want off. I'll have to doublecheck what the security is like as we didn't have much time to explore.

The construction isn't done yet, mate. The bones of the basement, the base area, is done, but the finish work isnt done. The ground floor, basically the bar/restaurant is done.
The "Freddy rooms" are basically the trump clean rooms you've described. He volunteered to set those up, so if you have some thoughts on that, go ahead and collaborate with him. The storage room can also be used as an armory like you described, I think that's bloody ripper.
And yes, the Dora room connected to the vault could serve this purpose, I was picturing to serve a similar purpose, where the Dora's will have a place where they each have a large closet/dressing room of their own to use as a cache.

The basement is done. We went recently and it was complete. It's just the roof that's still being worked on, but that doesn't concern us right now.

As we saw with the embassy, security can cause access issues, or at least delays.
Ideally, I think we want the basement level as a whole to be as secure as can be. But it should be set up so that whatever those security measures are, you are bypassing them by trumping in.
...
I think the vault/DORA storage should be reserved for personal stashes, and the armory stocked with gear that anyone of us DORAs is welcome to help themselves to.

Feel free to start customizing and nesting once the contractor says it's ready. Security is a combination of private, dora, and military. Right now, guards physically guard all outside entrances. And currently beefed up to prevent the masses from ransacking the place.
Just remember that the entrance to the "base" is through the garage. Away from the customer entrance.
One if the garage doors is sized for a large truck to back in, down a ramp. This should also aid in discreetly moving things in and out. Theres an overhead lift/crane system for loading/unloading.
This ramp leads goes down further, around a corner, to the basement. The basement doesn't directly connect to the upstairs anywhere else.
If/when the environment is fixed and magic returns, we can look into other forms of security.

I think most of us will leave the main building alone for the most part and only use the basement. Might only go in for some food, but otherwise I have no intention of meddling with the main business. That's your area! I'm just glad the basement is finally done so we can begin work there.

Updated with some changes. Can only upload 3 attachments, so I added 2nd and 3rd floors to one doc.

How are things progressing with this? Is the underground area for us complete? Also there are some concerns about the ex-manager and him being a bit upset and possibly wanting revenge.

The basement area is complete. We've already been using it a bit. I will endeavour to make a Trump for everyone to the Trump Arrival room.
