Combat skills only. Instead of normal chances of success, roll over your skill% to succeed instead of under. You may not crit or fumble such a roll. +1 damage bump for any weapon if you make it.

I've got damage bumps and such already at higher levels. The fail instead of succeed thing is clever but I'd rather not go there. You can suddenly become a master for a round so long as you don't have any skill at something.
