Looking for a competent chemist

I'm in search of someone who has professional experience with chemistry.

It will involve developing a recipe to fuse Borax into lead bullets.  I'll provide everything you need. 

This will lead to other opportunities, if desired, in cooking methamphetamine and other valuable staples.

If any DORA's can help me accomplish this they would have a rather large favor to name from yours truly.
