I seem to be trapped in here but Freddy gave me this encrypted bracelet! - Blood and kisses, Lumsie.

- We appeared inside of some sort of subway station. Residual Self Image seems to have happened. We were wearing different clothes and had none of our usual gear. - Weird clown person gave Vincent a small black pouch inside of which was a tiny birthday cake, a gold coin/token with Arcadia written on it and a red liquid potion. - Heard a phone ringing. Travelled to it for longer than we expected. - Felt like we were being watched. - Answer the phone. On the other side of the railway tracks was a man shrouded in shadow. He was on another phone. Phone operator told Vincent to identify himself with a three digit number. He picked 007. Man asked if we wanted further information. Said yes. Told us to check the light fixture above, then he disappeared into smoke/shadow. - Lumsie managed to get 3 more tokens from the phone. - Inside light fixture was a key for locker 007. - Lumsie managed to cut my hand off again when I asked him to. - Vincent gave me a bit of the red potion just before that. It tasted euphoric. - After my hand was removed, a crazy psycho lady jumped on Lumsie and started trying to bite at the removed hand. - Another man, covered in silver, started attacking the lady. - Pushed them into the railway tracks. Lightning started arcing everywhere. Silver man was vaporised. We continued fighting the lady back and forth. - Lady was trying to get at the red liquid that was left over our mouths. Not trying to hurt us specifically. She managed to get a bit and then ran off. - Another man in a trench coat with a gun pointed at us appeared out of an old school elevator. - Asked us if we had seen the two people he was looking for. We said the silver one vaporised and the other fled. [Later found out these were not the people he was looking for]. He went back up the elevator after telling us to meet him at the restaurant. - Went to where the locker was. Moved a bunch of rubble out of the way. I heard shouting and then rats jumped out of it, into me and then past. Not sure what else happened as I was busy. - Locker had an invisible cloak and an envelope with an invitation to Hotel Belafonte for 3 guests. - Saw some bathroom signs. Male, female, tentacle. Curiously went into the tentacle one. - Heard crying from one of the stalls. Looked under. Saw legs of a little girl. IMMEDIATELY LOOKED AWAY. - Asked if she was okay. Said she was running and hiding from the bogeyman. She came out. Blonde hair. - I looked around and saw nothing. She held my hand and used a spell to nullify invisibility in the area. - Saw a small fuzzy looking thing immediately dash out of the bathroom afterwards. - Little girl said she was called Buffy. I asked where her parents were. She said mother was in Hotel. - Offered to take her back. She agreed. - Tried to call for the elevator. Button didn't seem to be working. Had not been working for a very long time from the looks of it. - Went out through the security gate. Had to use the tokens. Vincent managed to break the dispenser they were being held in and got a few more.
- Appeared in a very nice looking hotel. Went to the front desk and was greeted by a man and woman in all-black suits. Man was using a cane for a limp he needed. - Man was Michael, the concierge. Lady was Michelle, receptionist (?). - Told them little girl's mother was in the hotel. They took her away after some talking. - Showed our invitation. - We were asked if we wanted to go to the vault. Said yes. We were given separate keys – I, J, K. - In the vault we had our own storage boxes, inside of which were some more tokens, an unencrypted communications bracelet (like the ones we have normally) and a revolver with some ammo. The bullets appeared weird but we were not able to distinguish anything. - Went to our rooms. Elevator was being operated by a small monkey. Pressed bunch of buttons and then stuck a banana into the elevator to make it work. Tried to memorise the button sequence to the best of my ability. Fresh clothes etc in the rooms. - Lumsie apparently got attacked by a lampshade assassin. Came to fetch me and when we went back there was just a bellboy cleaning everything up. Lumsie was confused but then killed the bellboy, figuring it was the assassin. Evidence seemed to agree with this which was… weird. - Down the hall was the mother and her daughter, talking to Michael. - Lumsie and Vincent decided to dump the body down the laundry chute while I ran interference with the mother and daughter. - Mother, whose name is Deborah Lamb (spelling?), was very grateful for returning her daughter. Asked if there was anything she could do to repay us. I said no, but asked if her daughter was "magically inclined". - Mother froze up and offered me some coffee while turning up the volume on the TV and radio. - Had a brief conversation on a piece of paper. She said they'd been trapped in the hotel for years. Said there was no way out. I asked what I can do to help, but the conversation ended and she politely escorted me out. - We agreed to have dinner the next night. "If I survive". - Went to the arcade and ordered some clothes and whatnot. It was charged to our rooms. - Went to the restaurant. I got served some frozen monkey birthday brain which actually tasted like human brain. Suspect Lumsie had something to do with this. - Met the chef. He was… brain-dead? Had almost no teeth and could not even speak clearly. Not sure what's up with him. - Saw the same man from before in the elevator in the subway. Called him over. Chatted for a bit and then he asked us if we wanted to see something. We agreed. - Followed him to his room. There was a man tied to a chair with 2 other empty chairs. The man in the chair seemed to be wearing 1920s attire. [Note: the area we were in seemed to be 1990s]. - Guy asked us if we would help him find the other two people. Apparently they had escaped. Not sure what he meant. Said he would answer our questions in return. Told him we would think about it and then left him with the guy in the chair, presumably he was going to torture him.
… I probably missed some stuff but there's a small briefing.

I'm thinking we should get some lockpicks or crowbars to get tokens from where ever we can find them as they seem to be currency here. Smashie smashie?
Very curious as to whether little things like the bellboy I smashed in the face with a giant maul and killed and tossed into the laundry chute will come back to haunt us or just be 'one of those little things' that happens. (Note - he was sneaking around in my room without permission with a lamp shade over his head so I figured either he was an assassin or he had been raiding my mini-bar with out permission. Either way, death.)
Will time reset itself? Will the staff reset itself? Is this really a hotel for assassins?
Why is the guy with the switchblade torturing people when he doesn't know why?

Added note: the red potion seems to make you at least partially invulnerable to damage for a short period of time.

Freddy's left a message at the front desk.
"Along with what I'd already asked for, please may I acquire the following things:
- 2 small painting kits. - A small sketching kit. - 2 sets of standard playing card-sized painting canvases. A box of 100 each is enough. - 2 carbon fibre, waterproof playing card storage cases. Or the closest equivalent. - A robust travelling backpack with quick release. - A one-handed sword with scabbard. - A standard holster for a revolver pistol. - An empty canister. - A set of lock picks. - A roll of duct tape. - A box of matches. - A very sharp bone saw. - A first aid kit. - A dozen shots of Marcaine (local anaesthetic). - A mobile phone with sim card and charger. - The most powerful laptop computer you can get. With charger. - A metal shield that can be attached to your arm without the need to grip it. - Since you said you can get us anything, please make the shield retractable, like a fan. Alternatively if you are unable to find this, anything that acts as a shield and does not require a grip that can be attached to your arm and be opened/retracted/collapsed/activated will suffice. I have attached a simple sketch for your reference. - A multipurpose mount for my stump that can accept a wide variety of accessories. - Of those accessories, I would like: a torch, a lighter, a screwdriver, a mini wrench, a hammer, pliers, a knife, pair of small clamps, and some forceps. - A box of 50 left-handed surgical gloves. - A dozen different superhero/villain rubber masks (The Flash, Batman, the Joker, Spiderman, etc). - 2 pairs of robust handcuffs. With keys.
I am positive that a fine establishment such as yours will have no problems in procuring these items for me. I look forward to being a guest at your hotel.
PS: thank you for the bleach.
Freddy."

Message left at Belafonte Hotels' front desk:
Is it possible for me to move into a large suite? I will be entertaining various guests from time to time. I would like a large main room (with a full sized harpsichord inside), four bedrooms (separate), two bathrooms and a library.
I would like a complete map of the hotel with all measurements in meters with a small notation of my room marked 'you are here'. A thirty meter long tape measure A full set of paints, canvases (and other stuff that goes with painting stuff) And something strange that is not harmful in any way please.
Thank you,
Lumsie

PBR Street Gang, this is Almighty standing by, over.
I remember you from our time on the Mekong river. We terminated the Colonel's command... And I got some world class surfing in.
Where's this hotel located? Maybe we can help each other out.

A message left at the front desk along with a signed, sealed envelope. On the envelope itself is written "Deborah".
"There appears to have been a mistake made with a few of my orders. Firstly, when I asked for a torch, I meant a flashlight. Please provide one that can be attached to my stump-mount along with a spare set of batteries. Secondly, the box of 50 left-handed surgical gloves are in fact right-handed. Please provide the correct surgical gloves.
The envelope I have left – please deliver it to Deborah Lamb (I am uncertain as to the spelling of her last name). I would also like a bouquet of flowers and a cuddly teddy bear toy to be left along with the envelope.
I appreciate your service.
Signed Freddy.
PS: is there a fire going on? What's that smell?"
The envelope contains a letter that reads as follows:
"Dear Deborah,
I must apologise for our last meeting outside your apartment. I understand it must have been quite terrifying for you to witness, especially with the cops nearby. Please understand that my line of work at times involves disturbing scenes and can get quite dangerous. However, I assure you that my colleagues and I have been hard at work trying to figure out a way to help you and Buffy, but we cannot do so unless we take a moment to sit down and discuss your circumstances. We have already discovered some interesting things and are eager to learn what you and Buffy have witnessed thus far. Together I am positive that we can overcome whatever is going on here.
I sincerely hope you can look past our… unusual behaviour. Despite this, we (or at least, I) only wish to help. I understand if it is too much. I hope we can reschedule our dinner.
We have moved into the suite on Floor 4.
Sincerely, Freddy."
