There is a new Burlington, called Burlington 2.0. I will post more information on it later but for now I will just leave this map for your reference if you ever go there. Old West Burlington

Not that we've noticed. Why? Also minor correction – there are boat docks etc near the large lake. That reference was supposed to be for Old West Burlington, where there aren't.
Edit: never mind. Found it. Mackay you may have just helped crack a problem you weren't even aware of. Thank you!

Bad Wolf was painted on a wall at the Shadow Academy. Was an Elvish hero who was at the Battle of San Angeles. Lupus Malor in Elvish was their name (yes Malor is not Latin for Bad. Assume Bad is closest approximation) Legend that they would return and lead the Elves to take out all the humans. Ghost Dance required. Ghost Dance was a Mystical dance to cause the Elvish spirits to rise. The dance was described in the book "Fables of the Vanquished Elves".
I learnt how to do it (forgotten after 'reset') and had removed the pages from the book relating to the Ghost Dance. I believe the pages may have disappeared (or be in Phil's possession?)
Lake with island and structure - look like the one in Shadow Academy that was vaguely familiar to some/all of us?

This is all news to me. Mildred mentioned on a few occasions that some of the things looked very familiar but she wasn't able to put her finger on it. Perhaps the structure is the one in the Shadow Academy, as you mentioned, but I'm not familiar with it so I can't say. The structure looked a bit like a small, half ruined fort-like building made out of stone. We could not see anything magical about it using our glasses, but we did not go further to investigate it up close.
Ask Doc/Mildred about the Shadow Academy-related things. I was not around when that was a thing.

It's fine now. I will post more info on it later. We did a lot of investigating.
Also, please, if Clem asks you if you want to go to underwater Burlington, say no unless you are planning to go there.

Did you actually go through the swimming pool gate? Because I did. And it didn't look anything like underwater Burlington. (Which I have Clem's'd to in SCUBA gear.)
It was some sort of underwater cavern with toothy football-sized fish. Also I got new tarot cards for going there and I had already got some for Clem'sing to underwater Burlington.

Yes. We have been down there. I'm surprised you didn't mention a giant octopus. Maybe it's hiding somewhere else now. But, anyway, we explored the entire cavern. I'll post a more detailed report once I review my notes, but here is a brief summary:
- Tech and magic in underwater Burlington ("Old" Burlington) is unlimited, except for fire magic which is impossible. - There are several swarms of fish guarding the cave area. Best to deal with them using some sort of AoE damaging devices or what have you. We used electro-sticks which we got from Guri, and we got anti-electric swimsuits. It may also be possible to just cleave into them with a more traditional weapon, but anything "slashing" will be much harder to use. Thrusting weapons such as spears are preferred. - One of the rooms had a weird looking lamp thing with a cork on the top. Doc took it. He also took another one which was in a hidden compartment on the pedestal, but this one looks a bit more like a genie lamp. It belongs to the Blue Mage. - The final room of interest in that cave is in the same place where the upstairs Bed-And-Breakfast used to be. There is a grandfather clock (all wispy and shit) surrounded by 3 bubbles inside of which are 3 pods containing the missing DORA mages (they also seem to be suspended in that same blue goo we have seen in other such pods. Can't remember the name off the top of my head. Starts with a Z). They are connected to 4 Russian nuclear missiles and a bunch of computers/electronics which are set to go off should the mages be removed without disarming the nukes first. There are also huge, visible lights of magic floating about (I'll refer to my notes for more specifics on that). The entire thing is also encased in another bubble/membrane/bladder-looking thing which, after analysing its magical properties, we deduced that should the bubble be punctured or tampered with in any way, it may release a huge magical backlash which will blow everything up. There may be more to glean from it, but this is what our magical analysis showed.
We currently don't know of anyway to deal with this issue.
There is a lot more but I'll post that up a bit later. The blue mage is NOT happy that we took his lamp. He sent "the Sandman" to get it back from us (more on him later). He is dangerous. Very dangerous. Don't get near him.

Huh. So either I didn't recognize it or it changed. Weird. There is a lot more but I'll post that up a bit later. The blue mage is NOT happy that we took his lamp. He sent "the Sandman" to get it back from us (more on him later). He is dangerous. Very dangerous. Don't get near him. That'd be the viking-looking guy that chased around with an axe shouting about the genie bottles? We currently don't know of anyway to deal with this issue. Might I suggest disarming the nukes?

Huh. So either I didn't recognize it or it changed. Weird. Definitely changed. It used to be an anti-magic zone when you went there, now it's full magic. Yes. Do not get closer than 10m to him or you will pass out immediately unless you are able to will yourself to stay awake. Very difficult to do so. Again – more info coming soon. While we do know how to do this (very difficult), it's getting to them that's the issue. As I mentioned – the entire thing is encased in some sort of weird bubble membrane thing. We can't actually get inside to do anything without puncturing the bubble, but doing so may have severe consequences. Also one thing I forgot to mention – there was dwarven runes as well, but we were unable to read them.

An impish voice starts talking,
"Mr Kinley says he can read dwarven runes if you need his help with this matter."
"Mr Kinley would also like to point out that this could be another source of the failing magic in the zones. The Blue Mage could be using the other mages to siphon magic from the other zones to take this zone from anti magic to full, but why go to all that trouble if that is the case? something in this zone the Blue Mage needs/wants?. Magic failing in other zones and this goes from Anti to full zone? Coincidence?"

We can't actually get inside to do anything without puncturing the bubble, but doing so may have severe consequences. I've seen people disappear in one place and reappear in another. Magic is cool.
