Guri is now an anti-magic zone. Any magic items or pocketed items you possess will immediately disintegrate if you enter the zone with them. Make sure you do NOT have them on you if you are going there. There are also a lot less people and the taxes are up to 15%. Slowly but surely people are leaving the Rock and heading out to other ones.
I am pondering the idea of potentially building a Clem's in the Raven spaceship cargo area, but we need another pole for that. We also don't know if that would even work considering the Raven is a moving vehicle, but it's a consideration if we want to move off of the rock at some point (as I don't think any of us have any ideas on how to "save it" right now).

Guri is a lot warmer and about half the ships are missing. Was only there for a min or so when testing Clems

I think we can chalk that zone up to another one that's "getting fucked, let's leave". I have no idea how to make them stop mining out the rock. It would be nice if we can get a Clem's inside the Raven though… Just need to make another barber pole. Or get another one if we don't have the means to make it as the only person who is able to make the white paint is Raslen.

We just need to blast off and find another rock. Losing the Clem's there is a big deal though since you can't trump in. Can we disassemble and take it with us? Do we just need the barber pole?
Since I'm a professional grade spaceship pilot now, we I could actually make some serious cred farrying loads of passnegers from that rock to a new one.

If we take the barbershop pole and get a few of the DORAs to help make it, we can try putting the Clem's inside the Raven. We have the blueprints and everything on how to make it. I would HIGHLY recommend putting a password on it though so we don't have random DORAs getting onto the ship. That would mean we would be the only ones with access to that zone, but oh well.
Here is what you need for the Clem.
<blueprints> Metal working Wood working Floor Tiling Architecture Roofing Materials in value of around 12g + a new pole.

I figured if we pick a stable rock and build it there it should be good for a while. I don't really want that taking up the entire cargo hold. Also it might not work. Seems like...those types of powers...don't work if they are mobile.

Stable rocks aren't really a thing as far as I know. Only privately owned Rocks are "stable" as they have shipments of Zeer pumped into the rock to keep it afloat. And those rocks are usually taxed like crazy for anyone going there, if you're even allowed on. I think finding another rock that isn't going to go away in <1-3 seasons> will be extremely difficult without the right "connections" and a lot of money.

Well, relatively stable. I'm not looking for a private one. There's whole other corps out there doing the same thing. As long as we're able to pay, I'm sure they'll take our money. We'll have to get local cred cards though. If we have to pack up and move again in <1-3 seasons>, so be it. That's why we bought a spaceship.

In that case we might be able to find something suitable. A little annoying having to play "move house" every so often, but if that's what needs to be done, then we can do it. It's a good thing you have been practising your piloting skills.

Here's a bit more information during our last escapade to Guri. Most of this information came directly from Corb, the guy who handed out those really nifty flyers originally.
Two months out to get to the asteroid belt.
Caia's Boulder: high floating, small rock <coordinates> where people can store their ships etc. Pretty much disobeying any of their laws = death. Tax rate is 200%. Bank on that Rock = Zarkus Best.
If you wish to hire fighter escorts in order to protect you from the Pirates, they cost around 100k credits.
Totally unsubstantiated rumour etc etc: some people say that Wayland Yatuni Corp are the ones actually controlling the Pirates and have given them letters of Marque to take the ships and such. If they capture you and you are very fortunate, you'll be taken as slaves.
Zeer Financial Institute = the bank we have all been banking with on Guri. They are moving to a wild moss plantation rock. Grey, foggy swampland, not very nice. Sending people out to look for new medicines. Dangerous – wild animals and plants as it's a fairly new Rock. 200% tax rate. Some people say, possibly erroneously (whole disclaimer), that they may be part of the same keiretsu with Vortex Corporation.
Merchants generally fly together in a swarm, hopping from Rock to Rock, staying together for mutual protection.
Corb thinking about going to a rock called Oosil – a "retreat/relaxation" place with books to read etc. Tax rate 300%.
As soon as a corporation leaves a Rock, scavengers with special suits that keep them from being melted by the closing sun come in almost immediately and begin looting and pillaging whatever they can get their hands on.
It seems the biggest deterrent to going anywhere is Pirates. Unless you have a lot of weapons or are travelling with a well armed group of ships, you will probably be seen as easy prey by any pirate in the vicinity.
